        Cool It Kauai has been amazing. They helped us after Kauai Air couldnt diagnose our problem after 6 or so visits. The tech knew within about 5 minutes what the problem was. Very grateful for their help. Friendly technician. Great office staff. And prompt and detailed billing. I was impressed.

        My AC unit stopped working and we didnt know why. So I called Cool it Kauai and they scheduled a guy to come out two days later. They were kind, professional, personable and on time! They figured out what parts they needed to replace and installed the new ones the next week! I was very surprised how quickly they got it done. So thankful to have our ac back and running!
