        Aloha to all who need brilliant and timely architectural and drafting services in the Islands. I'm a carpenter finally doing some work on his own cottage ... and needed the array of drawings that the permits office requires. After talking with Robert and Shirley, it was clear to me that they were just the right people for the job! They not only delivered the necessary drawings in short order but helped me immeasurably with some design and structural matters (mahalo, Robert!) and with what can be a labyrinthine and opaque permitting process (mahalo nui, Shirley!). This is the first review that I've ever written for a business: I was moved to do so by the consummate professionalism, genuine helpfulness, and aloha of Robert and Shirley. These folks will deliver what you need ... and you'll truly enjoy working with them!

      I feel it’s worthy to note this customers experience:When we completed his plans, he gave us a five-star review.Then we passed it on, to a permit expediter we had worked with for years.He did not have a good experience with the permit expediting, and then we got a one-star review (the first time we ever had anything less than a five-star review)My reply to his review was in part: Thank you for taking the time to share your permit expediting experience. This is completely unacceptable to me, and I am so very sorry about your experience. As the owner I take full responsibility. The Permit Expediter you worked with no longer works with us. I also worked with the customer to resolve the issue the best I could. Sometime later I asked if he might restore our five-star review and he graciously did so. Thank you, Jeffery!!!The important thing to note here is even when we have worked with others successfully for years, they sometimes fall short and fail to provide the standard of service we expect. This is never ok with us, and we want to know about it so we can remedy it. If any of our customers has a less than great experience, please send me an email and let me know. I will do whatever I can to help.Thank you again Jeffery for your understanding and kindness. I do appreciate you taking the time to let me know what happened.
