Gorgeous Coral Reef with up to 60ft visibility. Accessible by land or boat. Turtles are likely to be seen or whales during the season.

We snorkeled Black Rock and its a public swimming pool in the ocean. We still had a blast, but seriously too many people. Once we rounded the point the crowds went down and we saw whales. So the Coral Gardens were a way better snorkeling experience. More fish. More turtles. More coral. High visibility. There are tour boats that go here but just park and swim out. Best overall snorkeling we had by far. Less people per square foot.
