        Very friendly staff, needed a scope and the NP and doctors were very good at explaining what they were doing and doctor gave me the choice of what kind of treatment I would like. Very satisfied with my care!

        The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the Nurse and NP were great. They were both concerned and answered my questions and explained thing's to me. Dr. Mayes however did not seem interested in my health at all, he seemed rather bored and pretty much made me feel that there was nothing he could do regarding my hearing. I would not recommend him to others. I will be seeking a second opinion from another Doctor.
