This is a POSITIVE REVIEW. I'm just prefacing how things transpired and why it became positive because it wasn't originally a great experience. I bought my home from Architerra just over a year ago in the Foxtail Community. I won't lie, there were many issues with the home. Particularly with the quality of the finish work. Scratches on the kitchen sink, the laminate floor, kitchen cabinets, and more. Chips on the bathtub finish, torn window screens, damaged fence, siding, etc. Trying to get things fixed was very disappointing. I was growing extremly frustrated with Architerra. They sell you a brand new home in not new condition and expect you to live with it. If you didn't see everything during the walkthrough, the mindset was it's too late, maybe you caused the damage while living in the house. To this day, there are still folks there with that mindset and its very disapopinting. However, Jeff Larabee turned EVERYTHING around. HE turned buying a brand new home into the JOY that it should be. He's been very friendly, very personable, accomodating and responsive to every single request for repairs for damages that SHOULD be unacceptable by the builder and anyone representing them. Jeff turned a frustrating experience into a wonderful one! He's the kind of person that should be interacting with customers and representing the company because his genuine desire to see you happy is what is going to make Architerra a successful company and what everyone working there should be eminating. As a business owner, he's the type of person I would hire to run my compnay. Thank you Jeff for advocating for the customer and making buying a brand new home a truly happy experience.

I was somewhat nervous reading the reviews, but I have to say the house has been great. Jeff (responds to warrantee or issues) has been very helpful. There are the usualy "Fix its" but seems that they are willing to do it. We have things to be corrected in the warm weather so will post updates. So far, happy :)

We moved into our Architerra home in Dec, 2020 and are overall very pleased. In particular, we have been impressed with the responsiveness of the builder with any issues that have come up since move in, even after the initial basic 1 year warranty. We recently noticed some small dark speckles appearing on our master bathroom mirror that were originating from the back of the mirror. I called and left a message with Customer Service. Within an hour, I received a call back from our builder, Jeff, who promptly came out to evaluate the issue. He had a new replacement mirror ordered and set up installation. We found out from the mirror installers that often in winter months, mirrors pick up rock salt spray from the roads during transport. If they are not properly wiped down prior to installation, the rock salt residue will eventually eat away the back of the mirror, which is what happened in our case. We are very satisfied with the prompt response and follow up actions taken.

This is the second Architerra home we have bought. They really are a cut above the rest in regards to build quality, home features, and customer service. I had the privilege of working with Jeffrey Larabee this time around. The gentleman was super professional during walkthrough, and was proactive to follow up at the one year marker for any warrantee repairs. And of course, he got everything done in a timely manner. He truly helped to make the process as painless and simple as possible. Ive gone through probably close to 20 new home purchases over the years and Architerra and Jeff in particular, were the best by far. Thanks again folks! Werevery happy with the home!
