        This is a very nice sub-division in Emmett. The homes are nice and the yards are kept nice also. I believe that the HOA is active in making sure that the standards are kept so that the entire subdivision continues to look good all the time. There are entrances on the North, South, and West sides of the subdivision for easy access from wherever you are approaching from.

        It kinda reminds me of Back to the Future 2... also very close quarters. Drive slow... children playing in the street a lot of the time.
