Got a bid for $5000 from these guys. Then when they finished they billed us $7666.00. I asked why is it $2666 more? They said the $5000 didnt include labor? What????? Im a service industry business owner who often does bids and if I ever sent a bid to one of my customers and later charged them $2600 more saying well the original bid didnt include labor... are you kidding me???? When I confronted them about the bill, I was told too bad, thats the cost. Horrible customer service and terrible ethics. Avoid this company.

If you need pump service anywhere from Emmett to Lowman, this is the company to choose. My mother in law hired them in 2018 to do some work and they did a great job. This year, because they happened to be in the area, (Lowman) they stopped by and did some work to get the lawn water up and running and a pond cleaned and working, all without having to call them. Their pricing was great, too. We highly recommend this company! Thanks Matt!!

Wonderful service called them in the morning on a snowy icy day they were at my house within an hour had everything fixed and working the same day. I thought we were going to have to get a new pump and they troubleshooted and it was only the control panel so they're honesty really helped me save money. I would encourage anyone needing pump or well Repair to call them.
