My family has lived at Olympus at Ten Mile for 2 years now and we absolutely love it. The community is nice, quiet and clean. Our kids love it. We stay in the townhouses and love everything about it, from having a yard space to having our own attached garage. Tristan in the office has been amazing and we appreciate all his help.

I have lived at H302 for the past 5 months. The staff Tristin and Ryan are both top-notch. They also live on site, and if you have any issues they are quick to deal with it. You can tell they enjoy their job. You never get the feeling that youre putting them out.
Neighbors help each other with any car issues plowing snow or anything else that comes up..its like a family here!

I am one of the first residents to move into these apartments when they were managed by another company. My experience was not good to begin with because the standards were not high, they did not care about keeping the place clean and offering a smoke free community. At this time, I am happy that we have a new manager (Mr. Tristan). He is making changes to improve and raise the bar here at Olympus at Ten Mile. He also cares and wants to make this a clean and a top community in Ada County to live in. I trust that he will continue to do a great job.
