Doug Myers navigated one of the toughest transactions I've ever experienced as a Seller's agent. 1) First Federal Bank advocated for their borrower, requiring a Land Survey as well as approval from the City of Nampa so as to correct an error in the original legal description, thereby granting their borrower an additional 420 SqFt of yard space for their new home. 2) The Seller's home was in foreclosure. Most lenders are capable of funding a one-size-fits-all purchase. An exceptional few have the expertise to navigate their borrowers through the unforeseen thorns and chasms that occur in some RE transactions. 5 stars for Doug Meyers and his Team!

HIGHLY recommend this branch/team for home lending needs. Doug Myers was our saving grace in a really tricky purchase. He was so informative, always answered any questions (some of them were definitely dumb, as I am not super versed in this line of business) and constantly reassured us. He and his team worked tirelessly to get us in the home of our dreams. I truly believe we would not have had success without them, in our lending needs. Even after the purchase, he has kept in touch and provided us with MANY tools to be utilized, in the new homeowner process. If you get anything from this review, its that Doug Myers is your guy!!
