We had such a journey with Dona and I don't want to go into too much detail but we first bought the house with a totally abusive partner who abandoned us 30 days into it. My Daughter and I saved and saved, paid off debt and took the ex to court to get it in our name after we first paid off my ex's debt to buy it in the first place. We won in court. The blessing is that Dona stayed with us, not just as a lender but a total support system and she cared for us completely through every stage of this. There was much fear and it ended with much gladness. I can't say enough about Dona and her willingness to go every inch of the way with you and making sure the process is done right.
