Julia filed an extension for Oct then was suppose to file my taxes in 2022 for my 2021 tax year and did not do so. In Aug 2023 got notice from IRS about it. I called Julie Sept 1st and asked if she could get filed by 15th she told me no problem, I called her on the 6th to check she said she hadn't done them yet but would get to them, on the 8th I sent her IRS tax copies just in case I was missing something in the original records she had. I called her again on the 9th and called twice on the 15th. Every time she assuring me that she would get them done. On Sept 21 tried calling and went to voice mail, sent her a email and from then on never got a response of reason why she didn't file my taxes. On Oct I received a letter from IRS saying I owed all this money for not completing my contract with the IRS and filing my taxes on time. Now they are coming after me and I have a tax lien. She is not a good person to do this to someone.

The state of Idaho revoked their licenses in 2022 they did not pay any of their fees, their bond was revoked and the Idaho Secretary of State canceled their corporation in 2022. So it seems that they have been operating illegally since then. They've been up to some shady stuff all the documentation is available online with the secretary of state and other court records.
