        Highly recommend. They are my familys dentist. They are all very kind and friendly. They make sure to help the customers feel welcome. There is a very homey feel when you walk through the door. Five years later, I bring my daughter here. They are so kind and personable. They work so well with kiddos. I love coming here! My opinion is still the same. This time I needed service for a toothache. I ended up getting it pulled. The numbing process was shockingly bearable and the pill was quick and easy.

        The best part about this office is that they are fast. Really good at getting you in and out. However, the dentist is a little odd, and he messed up my numbing several times. Likewise, my billing at this office is always wrong. I always get my husband's bills, and he always get's mine, even though we've asked that to be corrected multiple times.

        Updating my review after a couple years. I originally gave them a 5 star review because they requested it. Their staff is very nice and friendly. Ultimately they sent me to collections because my insurance was taking longer than usual. The amount was only around $125 or so. I paid it and then managed to get the collections company to remove it. Ive never had anything sent to collections for any reason. On top of that I went to a new dentist in Idaho Falls and ultimately the filling that was put in by Dr Strobel was not done correctly. Long story short my filling has popped off on its own because it wasnt done right and it fractured half my tooth with it. I now have to get a crown put in and those are not cheap. Extremely frustrating and sadly I cant recommend this dentist.
