I got ahold of the finance manager 2 months ago and she said they will be sending me a check with my Gap refund. She said it take 4 weeks. I came in today 2 months later and the guy says they dont do that anymore. That its not something they do for there customers. Really frustrating how manipulating they are.

UPDATE: Apparently this dealer was using a third party for vehicle registration. After not receiving any info on plates, I called the dealer and they fired that company. Problems are, they bill $125 or something that I am told I have to wait on in a refund as there are 600 car deals that are backed up on as well. Second, they cannot send me the paperwork I need to register the car myself and my temp tag is expired. Bought a new ride here recently after looking at other locations in the state (Idaho) and also going to Arizona. Ultimately, we decided to go with Goode Mazda for our new ride. Couple of speed bumps with the delivery of vehicle and some miscommunication from the dealer. In the end, it all worked out. Rich was great and helpful to give us the technology tour of the new wheels.
