        The customer service was absolutely horrible, I traveled from Florida through the entire South, Oklahoma, AZ all the way to Twin Falls and then to Spokane, I knew I was in the Northwest at this point because the customer service went straight to hell. It was more expensive than all of the other Hampton Inn I had stayed in and the girl at the front Desk was just rude, it was also further from the main highway then all of the other Hamptons I stayed in. Just lousy.

        Encountered a snow storm while traveling to the hotel and could not make it there. We had booked early, a week in advance, before the weather changed. Had to stop 2 hours into our trip because of the hazardous conditions. The hotel was unsympathetic. Said they would see about a partial refund, and then no word. I cannot speak hotel itself and we will not be staying here when we are traveling through again.
