Im sure the store is fine though but their order for store pickup was ridiculous. They have several items listed as in stock for pickup at this location on the website but its not available in store. I ordered two items online to use a coupon and had it for pickup at this location and when I got there the lady at the counter handed me one item. I asked what happened and she helped check if the item was available and she told me they probably didnt update the inventory online. I drove out of my way to go there and was not told until I arrived I wouldnt get all my items. I later found an eyeshadow palette I wanted and then noticed its available for pickup to the store but theres none actualky in stock on the shelf in store. This was honestly a very frustrating trip and I ended up getting everything I wanted at a different Ulta.

I went in to buy the Goli supergreens gummies. I could not find them where I've found them before. then Katie was kind enough to come up and ask if I needed help. She checked the inventory for me. Despite not having the gummies in stock, Katie helped me with hair product, so I did not leave with nothing and a wasted trip. Thank you.
