It feels like each time I shop here, it becomes more of an issue. After an employee asked for my phone number today, I said that I dont use an Ulta account and I wont be returning anything. They asked if I could provide someone elses or a friends. I declined, as I wouldnt want to do this without permission. Someone elses phone number isnt mine to use.
The employee said that they are really not supposed to be ringing up my purchase without me providing a phone number and the employee seemed annoyed. I was still able to leave with my purchase. I dont understand the policy at all, since I have been told different things. Can Ulta please respond?
