Excuse me I'm very disappointed in this service too many times name been changed I been here 3 years I'm tired of being quiet I can't really get service and when I do it's half done first of all I'm tired of keep putting in maintenance request and on top of that I had apartment insurance now I don't and if u call the numbers I have them all still they don't move no faster it's sad very I'm tired of this building looking nasty not we'll keept together help me to help you all to get it together it don't matter if a person pay out of pocket or cha have some respect where people lay there heads we keep money and u all pocket by staying here the ones that do pay there rent every month some people love clean area and building where they lay there heads and try keep it clean because I'm one of them so help me to keep you all word u say by doing it thank u

The worst commercial property management company in Chicago. Avoid for any cost! If you have a problem in your building it's going to take forever to get someone to fix it! You can call, send emails, but they just don't care at all, only collecting the rent! And if you need to deal with Scotty Ryan good luck to you!
