If I could give 0 stars I would. Lu the operations manager thought it was ok to walk off on me and instead check out a white customer when I requested he cancel my order. So to my black ppl, be cautious before spending your money here.

This location is terrible. Everything is out of stock, missing testers and shelves look sparse. Customer service is lacking, trying my luck at Sephora

I have shopped at this Ulta location before, but today had a particularly great experience. I came in with my two young sons and a specific list of products I needed to buy. Armielle (forgive me if I am not spelling her name properly!) immediately welcomed us at the door and ushered us around the store to find everything I needed efficiently. We had to search and experiment a bit for my desired eye shadow and she showed me many options until we found one that worked great. She was very patient as I periodically had to remind my kiddos not to touch everything... I rarely get to shop for things in person these days (see above with two young sons), so I appreciated Armielle who made me feel valued and taken care of on our errand. Ask for her next time you're at this location!

Booked an appointment with their junior stylist Deanne because her rates are cheaper few months ago and they cancelled my appointment then citing that Deanne is under the weather, rescheduled me with an Elite stylist James who was great jbtw, in the same rate which was kind of the management considering that the cancellation wasnt my fault. I booked again with Deanne this time on a Saturday afternoon because I am Muslim and cant do evening appointment due to Ramadan, really wanted to get a haircut at the start of the lunar month because its good for hair health for some reason & they again cancelled my appointment few hrs before it citing Deannes sick, offering no rescheduling or compensation. I had other errands to run too on my day off and I had actually planned my day around because of this appointment that I booked 2 weeks in advance but their disrespect for other peoples time is just so disappointing. Update: Almost a month later Deanne cancelled by appointment AGAIN. Not sure what illness does Deanne have that perfectly coincides with my appointments.
