Terrbile bedside manner, very rude and resistant to providing any follow-up care or even discussion of results. Despite outlining exactly what needed to happen in the procedure he managed to not make notes about half of what needed to be done. It eventually got done but absolutely no faith in this doctor.

Dr. Erlich is very helpful and compassionate. The staff here is fantastic. I had a procedure done by Kristen; a very warm, caring individual who made an unpleasant experience bearable.

I wish I never find this doctor .In March 1/ 2003 I got upper undoscopy.About week they called me and they say everything is ok no explanation what cousing my pain no medicine i have severe pain located under my breastbone and chest I wait for fallow appointment around 2 weeks I came to the office and I been told everything ok just prescribed me some antacids but I was so worried and called to office again several times and ask why they took biopsy when everything ok they just say it is some moderate inflammation in my esophageal junction and all the time I been told everything fine i left without no fallow appointment he not checked if the inflammation gone or not? how long I suppose to take my medicine?I waiting now for another opinion becouse i start to throw with blood and be better everything is fine how he say . WORST DOCTOR BE CAREFUL
