Wow! What a fantastic experience! David and Zac at the VC boutique did such an amazing job. They spent all the time we needed (which was a lot) to make sure my wife and I needed up with the right pieces. They truly went above and beyond to make sure it was a special day. The thing I enjoyed the most: you could tell they love what they do and were more than happy to just chat watches without you feeling like there is any pressure. So refreshing!

What a lovely experience at Burdeens x Vacheron Constantin. Went in to order a bracelet for a watch and was extremely impressed with the care the team took. Zachary, the new store Director is the best. Its clear he understands watch nerds in Chicago (hes definitely one himself!) The team were able to triple-confirm for me that the bracelet was compatible with the case type on my watch (the leather and stainless steel heads on this model are slightly different dimensions) and placing the order was simple. Not a bad afternoon sipping espresso, talking watches and getting this errand off my list. When I stopped by to pick up my order a few weeks later, I was greeted by Zach again and he was able to show me some truly incredible pieces they had just received. In a town where every watch-shop is eyes only it was really great to be able to get hands-on with a number of stainless steel and precious metal models from Vacheron and other brands. They even had a Vacheron 222 to try on, an extremely limited re-release from the 70s that helped kick off the sports watch craze. Truly fantastic service, very welcoming and gimmick-free experience. Will continue building my collection with their great offerings.

Rajeel Zafar is a very extremely talented watch expert, he was genuinely interested in ensuring I selected the right watch and provided a wealth of knowledge to other watches in my collection. Would reccomend him to anyone looking for a new watch or trying to build a strategic collection.
