I used to really like this location and prefer it over the others. But after my recent visit where I was treated like a imbecile, I am never going back there. I left, went over to Rush Street where they did exactly what I needed in two seconds and were nice as can be. 900 n has some of the rudest women working there. forget that store.

I ordered some items online for in-store pickup and they were available the same day within a few hours. I was tied up with work and was unable to go in to the store that day and planned to go in the next day (as the email says the window for pickup is until end of business next day) and when I went in they told me they had canceled my order and no longer had the items available as they sold them. They could not help further. I called Lululemon directly and got the items reordered and expedited while the store was zero help. Recommend order online or go to a different store for customer service.
