We couldnt be happier with the care and attention our Harlowe receives from Dr. Milkowski and the awesome staff at BondVet Wicker Park. We have been with Dr. Milkowski for almost 10 years and would highly recommend her services based on her knowledge, concern and gentle nature! The staff is also knowledgeable, equally friendly and attentive! 10 out of 10!

I've had nothing but great experiences every time I go into Bond Vet. There's typically quick availability, the customer service/bedside manner is strong, and the place is clean/vibrant. Most recently, I brought my two kittens in to see Dr. Sahar Sheikh-Ahmed. I was so impressed with her patience and knowledge as we navigated a stressful situation. Would recommend bring your pets here :)

Ever since I discovered Bond Vet, my sweet kitty and I have never been happier. Its conveniently closer than some other vets. Everyone is super friendly and inviting regardless of location, my cat isnt so stressed out when he comes to the vet and they always know how to handle him. I love the way that they talk you through every possible option and are transparent with their pricing! I also enjoy the fact that everything can be done in the same place from nail trims to general check ups to urgent matters. They were a life saver when my kitty had a urinary blockage. They are way more affordable than any vet Ive been to. Highly recommend!

Not worth your money. Booked an appointment on Tuesday, 24 hours in advance to have a Penrose drain removed from emergency surgery Sunday. This was communicated to the front desk when booking. During the appointment, once I was escorted to the room I overheard the front desk say oh I forgot to ask what vet did the surgery. The vet that did the surgery work sent them the report and information on Sunday. I then overhear them calling that vet to get filled in on everything. Again, info was sent over on Sunday. The nurse then walks in and says oh what happened to him?! She then says she had this listed as a wellness exam. This is now several people who are uninformed as to whats going on despite having all necessary info. Clearly there was no communication between front desk and nurse. Details matter. This vet clearly isnt good at managing basic communication and access to important information. This is what happens when at private equity group throws a bunch of money at a venture and hires/trains the wrong people, or puts bad processes in place. Given their prices are MUCH higher than other vets in the area (again PE group here) youd expect more. There are too many other options to take your pet to that are actual professionals, even if they have a great location.
