I was in urgent need of 200 pcs of a unique part for a production line-down situation, and found the item at Blackhawk Supply. Not only was Blackhawk Supply the ONLY site that had them in stock, they processed my order that I gave them in mid-afternoon and it shipped SAME DAY, and was in my hands the next morning! Absolutely fantastic service! Pleasant to deal with also, and answered my phone supper prompt and helped me identify the part, check stock at their partner location, and ship same day! Really couldn't be happier. Great service and helped me out of a jam!

Ordered a $130 part new in box and bought the upgraded 3 day shipping since it was supposed to be available. Hours later I get a new email update that says they dont actually have the part to ship and dont know when theyll have the part but they offered to let me buy an open box part for $160!!! that will take at least a week to even be shipped out. What kind of offer is that? Cancelled the order through the indifferent customer service rep. Ill find it elsewhere

I ordered an eccentric PVC reducing coupler that did not arrive when it was supposed to. I called to follow up with my order, they quickly realized something went wrong and immediately made it right. Shout out to Rachel and Maddie for their help. I absolutely will not hesitate to purchase from Blackhawk Supply again.

I'm extremely disappointed with this seller and amazon for selling broken products as new and then having the nerve to charge a handling fee and return postage. Last time I'm doing business with them.

I ordered a few small fittings, over a month later they contact me to say they don't have them, then the next day I tell them to cancel the order. Instead of cancelling the order they marked it shipped, but only shipped the parts they had. This is a terrible business model, custom service sent me three emails and in the end, did exactly what they where told not to. Don't order from here if you want what you actually ordered, let alone in a friendly or time conscious manner.
