Suburban Boiler did a great job in replacing my worn out boiler. The way they did the piping and their installation of variable speed circulators has made it much quieter than before. They also left the place clean.

Hate doing reviews a year later but just FYI. Potential lost of warranty...Reasonably priced and quick on the install but install didn't go perfect...Wires crossed and required a trip back when summer months came but that isn't the issue. They haven't followed through on the maintenance portion and checking up on it to maintain warranty like filter changes ect.. No shows when appointments set and now ignoring my emails. So I think I lost my warranty which is concerning.

Suburban Boiler installed a new Payne furnace and AC unit last year. So far so good. Price was great and installation was quick.

We trust suburban boiler! They are the only heating company we use for our home boiler and radiant heat. Service is great! And all the technicians know boilers - many other HVAC companies cannot deal with radiant heat and baseboard heat issues. Highly recommend Suburban Boiler.
