        I'm seeking an estimate for roughly 100Lf of decorative retaining wall around my planting beds. So, the owner, Sirgio, came and looked at the job. He said I would have a proposal in a few days. Well, about 2 weeks passed and nothing. So I sent a text reminding him. Two days later, he sent the proposal - roughly $8,000 worth of work!  However, the proposal did not include language for all the materials we agreed on. While the price may have included these items, unless the language is in the proposal, it doesn't exist. So, I sent another text asking about the missing language. Still waiting.... I'll update this review when, and if, I ever get a comprehensive proposal.  But don't hold your breath.
