This company exceeded my expectations.. their willingness to negotiate and make last minute adjustments, just to satisfy their customers is applaudable. New roof and siding looks great. Well done Rodolfo!

Got our ice dam removed from them and you could also say my gutters too. Damaged my gutters and shingles. Due to the giant chunks of ice they were breaking off it completely took a corner of my front stairs off that I contacted them about and was basically accused of lying and have not heard from anyone since we were told they would send someone to fix it and never did.

They were supposed to come out at 11am today and give me an estimate on a roof repair. They never called or showed up. I then called Rudolpho at 11:15am to ask where they were and they seemed not to care. I then cancelled the estimate as they don't deserve the work. Unprofessional company. They do not deserve business from me or anyone in the community.

We recently hired North Star to replace our roof. They done an amazing job, and we couldnt be happier. The roof looks amazing! The workers were professional, quick, and did an amazing job cleaning up. Rodolfo was great to work with. We will definitely be using North Star again in the future!
