If I could leave 0 stars I would do it.This Freightliner dealership service dept is one of the biggest ripoff places i have encountered in 51 years of Driving. I pulled in with a leak at my cooling line running to the vgt on the Turbo. I checked in and the Mechanic comes out the door to my truck. I told him i could show him the leak,Its plainly visible and easy to get too. I show it to him and after maybe 10 minutes,He says let me go inside and see if we have the parts and we will work up an estimate. I go inside and Alija hands me an estimate of $1117.00. Now this is maybe a 20 minute job but they had nearly $700 In labor alone.The $5.00 fitting i need was jacked to $120.I told them i will pass.He tells me I need to pay for the diagnosis. I said ok because Im thinking a Quarter hour if you stretch the time the Mechanic spent shining his light on it.He then hands me a bill for $193.47.I looked at him and asked him,Whats this? He says for the diagnostic. I should have known better,When I pulled in the shop was empty,That should have been a red flag.Avoid this place at all costs unless your last name is Musk or Gates. I am going to make sure everyone I know does not give them any business and after a half century on the road I know a lot of Drivers and they know a lot of people also!!!

This is the best service station you will find. They are always quick with their work, and they do a great job of explaining what they found and what theyve done. The lot and the shop are clean, they obviously take pride in how clean their shop floors are. The driver lounge is big, comfortable with tv, showers and a laundry unit, though i never used it. Theres a snack bar with drinks, hot coffee and popcorn.
