Illinois Dermatology Institute - Oak Park Office

I wanted to make a new patient appointment, I called their office was placed on hold for five minutes and then was given an option by the automated system to receive a text to try to make an appointment since no one came on the line I chose that. The text message was asking me for personal information, such as date of birth, upload my insurance information address. I texted back and asked if someone could please call me because I dont feel comfortable to giving all that When I wanted to know when the first available appointment was first. Valerie Reply back that I would need to call again. No im sorry to hear that, or Im sorry for the inconvenience nothing just Ill have to call back. Lacking customer service skills. If its this hard to speak to someone human and make a first appointment, then I can imagine how hard it is for current patients. Ill move down my list of dermatologist

I saw Mouhammad Aouthmany at this location and what a waste of time and money that was. Him and his assistants that watched did nothing for my condition. Strange how he is not listed here anymore. I should've chose the woman doctor instead it seems

Had a great experience here with my toddler this morning. Finally, received some answers on what may be happening with his skin. The doctor was patient with him and answered all of our questions. Hoping the treatment works!
