Nice experience, even with a dog convention going on and dogs guests. My stay was very comfortable. Room were nice and clean. You must pay to park. Rooms: Quiet. Clean. Spacious Nearby activities: Close to the civic center, federal buildings, bars and restaurants and the river. Walkability: Everything is at your doorstep Food & drinks: Restaurants within property and many other within walking distance.

Poor hygiene in the bathroom, empty hair conditioner bottles, shower is kinda weird and faucet was reversed. Does not have a restaurant and its cafe only operates for a few hours. Front desk staff forgot to update our reservation name and poorly communicated upon arrival

Room is clean, only stayed one night, starting to get a little outdated, but other than that the stay was great Rooms: Room is clean, and comfortable Walkability: Located in the downtown area of Peoria, was easy to get to the Civic Center and other downtown amenities

The hot water didn't work, and the room temp wouldn't go below 70. Definitely not worth it.
