        Dr. Mora first surprised me when I walked by and stopped by to ask a dental question. He came out to the front desk to take a quick look at my teeth, give me his guess, and suggest an appointment, but then a real life began. 1. I referred my wife to him but never got their $25 off for referral applied to my acct. 2. They forgot and mixed up some formal stuff (e-mail replies, billing, etc.). 3. The worst was when he referred me to his partner periodontist Dr. Gargiulo who tried to sell me some $50-70 K work; he told me I had to redo all my crowns, implants, and bridges + some fancy periodontal treatment. Luckily, there are other doctors who are helping me, and so far so good... Dr. M. Mora is OK, but... see above.
