Beautiful store, very clean and organized but I dont like how the employees are prejudice and constantly keeping an eye on me as I go get my pick up order. When I came in I greeted an employee but he simply ignored me and eye me up and down. Guess seeing a woman of color they seem to be on their toes as if Im going to steal something.

Stay away from the Klearvue cabinets! It was the worse decision we ever made. We were looking at some more expensive cabinets but we were convinced to go with the budget friendly Klearvue cabinets. The lady who I will not name was very nice and seemed knowledgeable but she made a lot of mistakes with the items she ordered when working on the design. The entire experience has been stressful and frustrating. Had to go back to the store to find out they forgot to give us items when we told them stuff was missing. She kept saying she put prepared the order with her manager and special order items came from the distribution center. Well, items came damaged and we had to return and just found some more damaged items. Im tired or having to go return stuff. I wish I never went to Vernon Hills Menards to look at cabinets. All I can say is dont even look at Klearvue! It was supposed to be an easy DIY installation but has turned into our worst nightmare because of all the problems weve had.
