Wendricks-White Plumbing

I chose to use Wendricks/White plumbing in order to support a local business. When the plumber arrived, I saw that they had outsourced the job to a plumbing contractor from Glen Ellen. If you like to support your local businesses, do not use Wendricks/White.

Fixed a problem we had that was discovered by North Shore. Very helpful service person came and solved it. Quicker response than everyone else I called.

Tooooo expensive. Will try another company next time . 325.00 just to rod out a kitchen. Are you kidding me. I will rent the machine myself !!

I would give negative stars if I could!! SCAMMERS, they are not at all the community family owned place that once was years ago. STAY AWAY-they sold out for $$$. I paid for maintenance service and just weeks after had sewer back up. Then they tried to tell me that a house guest probably flushed a golf ball down the toilet (give me a break) and wanted to charge me 300 bucks for camera service. But all things for a reason it prompted me to cut off ties with these scammers (after years of using their service) and find a reputable plumber that does not source out work. By the way the new plumber sewer rodded and said there is no way I had this service done 4 weeks earlier!! It was Chocked full of HUGE tree roots. Don't be fooled, they do not provide quality service or back up their work. They will blame you for their poor workmanship and try to nickel and dime you.  I hope this post saves folks from undue stress, NEVER use them!!!*Edit to 'owner's response' - The plumber I hired to do the service you promised to--also provided a camera service - so there is record of the piss poor job 'done' just 4 weeks prior. If your 'family owned company' really provided quality service and knowing how things ended that day over the phone when I pleaded for follow through you would have done the right thing right then and there. I prefer to stick with a real family operation that backs up their service, not just takes money and then blames the patrons so they can try to squeeze more money for not doing the original job. Not to worry I have shared the new plumber with tons of folks!! Sometimes good things come from crap, literally!!
