I had a dental filling a while back that they insisted I get. After the procedure I had pain that was not there before and after I notified them all of a sudden appointments were not available for months at a time. They attempted to fix the issue by sanding the filling down a little bit but overall pain never went away. Only after I reported this issue did their attitude change towards me. They seemed bothered instead of trying to help me out. Haven't gone back since.

We have found the Carlson Dental practice to be everything we've been looking for - highly professional, very personable, and with an emphasis on dental and overall health. It's been surprisingly hard to find that combination in this area - other practices we experienced were highly focused on upselling, and didn't demonstrate the breadth of relevant medical knowledge and practical support that we look for in our health professionals. The entire staff - from the front office to hygienists to dentists have all shared the same high-quality traits and welcoming nature. We're glad to consider the practice a part of our health care team.
