        If I could rate 0 stars I would. We had a tech come out won't mention her name, but she replaced the capacitor which was bad, that's fine. Then she came inside after replacing that, that our fan motor was bad, gave us a quote of over $800, went on to say we should just look into replacing the whole unit and get a quote. Well today we had a second opinion done and come find out the fan motor wasn't even bad and our AC is back on and running nice and cold. Korte literally tries to rip you off when the fan motor wasn't even bad, I wouldn't recommend anyone to you guys.

        Jerry came out and was quite frankly rude and quick to say they couldnt do duct work in our trilevel home. He suggested mini split units and it would definitely be upwards of $20k. Said he would get us a quote later that day. He never did. We called another company and they are doing the ductwork for under $18k. Not sure is Jerry is the right guy to be giving consultations because he definitely left a bad impression and it reflects on the company. Felt like a money grab and every question I had, he just stared at me without answering. Very odd.

        I want to know why you guys told my sister she needs a new pressure switch and possibly her to dig her well deeper when I went and changed just her filters and now she has water. You charged her 100 to come out and did nothing

        They came out, gave me a quote. came back on installation day right at 8am ripped out the old furnace and put in the new. no high pressure sales tactics, no hidden fees, straight forward done deal... highly recommended
