This has been a horrific experience. If I could give a zero I wouldve. I was told by the new place Im moving to that there is an eviction on my name from this apartment which I never been evicted. I had a small claim balance which I paid years ago. I have spoken with previous management about this matter and the new property manager is very rude and is nonchalant about the matter. I did was I told to do on my part and 3 years later they havent cleared my name. Ive asked for corporate information to send my documents showing proof the balance was paid and Rosa has giving me and the collection agency the wrong address to send my information to. 2 days prior Rosa refused to give me corporate information the first and second time I asked. Her words were if we cant help you then I will give you corporate and even after she wasnt willing to help kept pushing off on her manager saying shes not accepting it she ended up giving me the wrong information to send my important documents to. All Im asking is for them to clear my name in the system so I can get my own place and they arent accepting and documents that Ive tried to show even from the Pike Township small claims court. I shouldnt have to go through this when I did what I was told to do from the apartments to the collection agency. Also Rosa never pick up the phone and I have to work so Im missing work to get this handled and shes not helping me.

I have a friend that stayed in these apartments a few months , I came over from time to time and noticed that I was always like sick and congested, so I started to look around her apartment , the apartment smelled like dog and cat pee , there was mold under the toilets and on the window seals , she got harassed over and over with complaints of smoking weed and she doesnt even smoke , for the record if you live here and currently have a mold issues just gone on ahead and call the health department , they didnt fix the issue for my friend and she had to leave , they did nothing for her and her kids , stay away from these people , there selfish and greedy , lots of hidden fees not worth the rent , throw the whole apartments away

The best place to live, the customer service is one of the best, your maintenance team does a very good job, I highly recommend living here.

A very good maintenance team, Rosa and Luis do a magnificent job, the property always looks clean.
