Indiana State Fairgrounds camp grounds

Bright lights in the city. This setting isn't camping, it's a parking lot with a strip of grass and hook-ups. So, why then did we stay five nights? We live in our rig full-time and wanted to visit a city. We've now had our city fix and it should suffice for the next nine months. Indianapolis has much to offer. We enjoyed the Art Museum. There is an accessible greenway to walk or bike. It's well-used and enjoyable. In talking with someone a few sites down from us, they stay here for three nights every year during their annual trip from Maryland to Arizona, especially for the bike trail and the easy four mile ride to locally patronized restraurants and bars. I gave a two star rating. This setting isn't good or bad, just a little more bad than good, but we knew that from the moment we made our reservations.
