        NO HOT WATER NOW FOR 4 MONTHS AND STILL HAS ROACHES AND SOME ROOMS HAS BED BUGS. STAFF IS RUDE AND HAS ONLY IMPROVED WITH THE HOMELESS PEOPLE HANGING AROUND AND GOT THEM TRESSPASSED SO THAT'S THE ONLY THING THAT HAS BEEN A GOOD IMPROVEMENT. Rooms: No towels, no hot water , roaches
