        DO NOT CHOOSE THIS AGENT!!!! Unless you want to pay for his employees (Danielle) mistakes. Bill is a LIAR & is unprofessional. They messed up my insurance in the 2nd month just because I wanted to change the date so my Auto & Home Owners came out the same day as my car payment. I have no clue as to what payment information they put in but it wasn't the Checking Acct info provided to them to take out my initial payment to start policies. Bill was decent the very first conversation. However; I've had to record how he talks to me from there on because he's short & rude. They lie & try to say they initiated payments that Chase Bank has already refuted they tried. So they moved on to other LIES. They think a customer should happily pay for discounts removed for their screw ups. SAVE YOURSELF & PICK ANOTHER AGENT!!! Bill Maynard gets a -0
