Since the founding in 1981, it has remained a family-owned business. We currently have 9 employees at our office located on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The best customer service we've ever experienced with an insurance company.
We have been with Capital Insurance for 2 years now. We use Capital Insurance for our homes, vehicles, and businesses through Erie insurance.
Customer service is key and they have provided every need I have had with care setting me up with the best coverage. I didn't think to leave a review before, that's just something I don't think to do. I was recently involved in a car accident; I never knew the full details of my coverage. Someone hit my car, my insurance took over immediately. My insurance was concerned about my health and car. Capital/ Erie handled my claim, provided a rental, and went after the company for me. I didn't have to worry about anything.

Last summer we had an accident which totaled our vehicle. It happened out of state. Not our fault and an uninsured driver hit us. Tony Grahn and the rest of the staff were immediately available, comforting, and professional. It was a wonderful experience, not the wreck, but the service. We have been with Capitol and Tony Grahn's team for 30 years. Zero complaints, many kudos! Thanks.
