        I WILL NEVER BUY KINETICO AGAIN. Purchased current softner approximately 2 1/2 years ago. Today will be my 3rd service call(service guy is great) He will fix (should be replaced) and then within 30 days nothing. They just keep sending someone to NOT fix. I should have known from beginning. Sales person was unimpressive to say the least. Reason at time of purchase was...I had Kinetico softners for years. This one is a lemon and know one cares.
