Dustin was amazing he knew all about the home the area and was a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier that we chose him to represent us and our home. Dustin is a great realtor! He and I just completed the purchase process after several hiccups. He walked me through all those things with ease and shared his recommendations to resolve them. He professionally handled all the moving pieces and communicated them effectively when I needed to do something. My husband and I live out of state over three hours away and were searching for a retirement home near our daughter and her family in Ankeny. Dustin worked hard to find the right home for us. We found a home and Dustin made it easy for us from start to finish. Hes not a 8-5 guy realtor. He answered our questions evenings and weekends and in timely matters. Dustin is very personable and friendly, was always quick to respond to questions, and helpful in walking us through the entire house buying process. We were moving from far away and Dustin was willing to do virtual tours and look closely for us at the details we couldnt see. He gave great advice for writing an offer and has a wide array of knowledge about local services for home renovations, loans, and any other thing you might need when buying and settling in to a new house. We would highly recommend him!
