I saw Dr. AJ for shoulder pain, and he quickly isolated the cause and discussed plan for treatment. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

The only reason 2 stars are applied is because I did like the provider. With that being said, here is the reason for the bad review. I am a cash paying patient with no insurance. Is that their fault? No. What is very frustrating and is their fault is when you are told at scheduling and check in the $200 you pay that day is "for your visit and anything after that we will bill you for" you only expect to pay $200 when all you did is talk to the provider. I literally sat there and talked to him, he wrote me a script and I was out the door. 10 minutes with him, tops. A month and a half later I receive a bill for another $154 stating I had a 45min new patient exam?! I call to billing to see if this is an error, as I have already paid $200, and I am told the only error was their verbiage. Apparently the $200 is just a "deposit to be seen" and the 45 minutes typed on my statement is "just the CPT code that is used in billing." So because the staff didn't convey the right information I have to pay an additional $154 to speak to someone? The provider was great so if you're willing to pay $354 for 10min of their time, this is the place for you.
