Service was good and personable. Chris was easy to work with and answered my questions. He even created and sent me a video on how to dismantle my current sofa to move it out before my new one arrives.

Im actually taken back a bit..Ive dealt with -and worked in - retail both sides of the spectrum a majority of my life. The most recent experience my family and I had with Chris Poulos at Ashley Home Store likely surpassed any Ive had anywhere before! We came in for a twin kids bed which we thought was stock but realized they only stocked full. Four weeks to get but Chris said he would do a lil checking and found a order at another store that was not properly fulfilled. He called the next day and said we could go to Cedar Falls and pick it up or we could wait a couple days and it would be brought to the Mason City store. Im not finished. We also missed the sale by 1 day and he still gave us sale price!Came by to pick it up and the store manager (Dan) helped me load it in minutesat 7 something at night with a smile! Phenomenal and outstanding! First class guys!
