        I had lived at golf view for 2 years and it was an ok place but then Tonja took over as manager and made the park so much better and I have seen a lot of good changes and I’m sure there is more to come because she actually cares and listens.

        Lived here going on 20 years. This is my home and have loved raising my children here. Never had any issues. Great place to live.

        I'm giving this trailer park 5 stars mainly because of the new manager Tonja. Tonja actually listens to all tenants and tries her best to accommodate every request and issue brought up to her. It is also a family friendly place with a park and even dog park, it keeps getting better and better due to Tonja's efforts in restoring neighborhood communication and bringing in a family feel for every resident to feel safe and happy.

        Nice Community !! Affordable Housing never seen anywhere accross USA. You get a 3BR / 2BT House for just $70000 and 4BR / 2BT for around $80K. Surprising.... Isn't it. But it's true. If someone wants to invest less but enjoy the warmth of our own Home, then this is the place to definitely try. Manufactured Homes or Mobile Homes are the latest craze and most selling ones. The demand is growing more and more. It's 55% less cheaper compared to the conventional homes. Then why not go for these.
