Thank you, thank you!! This hotel is another "LITTLE HIDDEN GEM!!! We had business to do in Okoboji, Iowa but this is the closest we could get because we pulled a 43 ft boat trailer behind our truck. Parking was fine, location was only 18 mi away from our destination. Rooms: The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very kind and helpful. We stayed in room 112 (this was a smoking room), but it didn't smell like smoke when you walked in. The room was to me, excellent! I say this, as I have been horrified at some of the other places we have stayed in many states. We travel all over the US and this hidden little GEM, we would definitely stay again!!!!!!! The room had clean beds and were comfortable, all the amenities you would want, for a one-night stay. Nearby activities: Don't know about nearby activities as we were there on business. Safety: We felt very safe at this hotel. Walkability: There was a place right next to us to have breakfast in the morning if you didn't want to have breakfast at the hotel. Walmart was a few blocks away. Food & drinks: Like I said Walmart was close by if you needed something to drink. I'm sure there were restaurants nearby also. Noteworthy details: Again, it was very clean no bugs, TV worked great, microwave, refrigerator, worked great. The lady at the front does who checked us in was awesome!

This Econoldge is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very nice amenities for being priced at $100 a night. This is my 2nd time staying at this establishment. The owner I very kind. There's a map at the office showing you where the ice, vending machines are. It's very easy to find your room. I feel very safe here. I should also mention incase you couldn't hear me in my video. When i came in the room and look to the right you see the king size bed, with very vibrant sheets and 4 pillows. There are 2 side tables with lamps. One of the side tables includes a courtesy phone and alarm clock . The room is spacious. It comes sitting area, chair & foot stool. The other wall is a large mirror. As I enter the room on the left was a long table to put your suit cases, rollaboards etc. Then a very nice dresser with a TV above it on the wall. There's a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave with another lamp next to it. Then you come to the back wall where the makeup counter/bathroom sink is located. Along with the bathroom toilet, with tub/shower. To think he also includes a breakfast is a bargain of a deal. So looks like Google suggests some talking points. I can tell you that this is situated right off the main highway. So great access to highways. It's about 5 minutes away from a mega HiVee grocery store. The Strip house steak house is with in 2 minutes walking distance. A Walmart it just about 5 minutes or less walking . In the strip mall next to Walmart are some restaurants. Also up main street you will find a Walgreens, local churches, Farway Grocery store. Plus you are very near several fast food restaurants such as McDonald's, and convince stores with gas stations. .
