I cant give less than a 1 star. I wish I could. I think I could have walked my package to its location quicker than FedEx delivers. And I would not lose the package either. Package was to be delivered next day in California. The last scan shows it in Wichita KS. I dropped it off in Derby at 9am. The first and only scan was in Wichita at almost 6pm. And this is not the first time I have had to deal with this sort of a problem with FedEx. I had ordered a package 6 months ago, and the package sat in the Wichita location for 5 days before it was delivered. I will never deal with FedEx again. I can not trust that my packages will be where they are supposed to be. This is crazy. FIX IT!!!!

Great service! I like doing to this location for facing and shipping. It is always clean and most of the workers are helpful. I like the Derby location better than the Wichita ones, because there is less of a wait.

Fedex does not deliver! Twice this year we've had a Fedex package delivered to a neighbor or say it's delivered. The last one was not delivered, and they were quick to tell me NOT to call them. They needed 7-10 business days to review it. They denied me after 17 days.  A lost package and out about $100. I have since researched each company to see if they ship UPS or USPS. Problem solved. Never again with Fedex. They are scammers. I'd give negative stars if I could

5 days late ship with anyone else these people can't get it right. And still don't have my order.
