        I've washed two different vehicles here and I always leave less than impressed with areas that it misses that other car washes don't Also, they should put cones out for the stalls where vacuums are broken so it doesn't require you to move to another spot. On the plus side i do appreciate the air hose to blow water out of those tough spots and for the interior. That is something you don't see at other places.

        Bought the membership. Unlimited washes per month. Automatically reads your license plate, opens gate, you drive up and staff pre soaks your car and brushes hard to get places. Then you just drive up a bit, put in neutral and let go. It pulls you through and dries you off. My wife really likes it. It won't do my dually pickup tho....

        Had a Ceramic membership, cancelled it today. Half the vacuums did not work, no towels, underbody of truck was not washed , drying area was covered in ice a real hazard. I inquired about the vacuum and towels, I was informed they were too busy to assist come back later.

      David, we apologize for the inconvenience. With the extended time period of the temperate being well below freezing we had the past few weeks, we've had multiple pieces of equipment fail. We've done our best to keep the car wash open and washing as many cars as possible while trying to address these issues. Most vehicles coming in to get clean have much more dirt/salt/sand then we typically see, so that is compounding the issues. We've haven't completely solved the problems, but we've been able to get both sets of vacuums back up and running, we're doing a better job keeping clean/fresh towels outside, and we've removed the ice from the shaded areas. If you're in the area soon, please stop by and visit with one of our managers and we'll run your vehicle through the wash again at no charge.
