They say they take Medicare or Medicaid but they only accept it for children. This is what I was told anyways.

I am confused by the unprofessional behavior by this office. I waited 2 months to get my child an appointment. The day before the appointment I received a voice mail saying the doctor wanted to change my daughters appointment from 4:30 pm to 8:30 am. I called back and said that I could not because I have multiple children I would have to take with me at that time for her appointment. I was very respectful. I received another call saying they were canceling my daughters appointment we had been waiting months for. No explanation, no conversation. They didnt even try to offer other times or to come in another day. I couldnt do the 8:30 am change day before appointment so they canceled my appointment and told me to go to a new dentist. It was really odd, and unprofessional. This is the only dentist In Gardner that takes our insurance. So now my daughter has to wait possibility months to schedule with a new dentist.
