        Clean hotel. Booked online and was told one price and when I was charged it was different, the clerk couldn't tell me why said her manager would look at it. Haven't heard from anyone. Breakfast was good. I booked on best western app. I booked other hotels and the price matched what I was told when I booked except this hotel. Very misleading.

        The room was very expensive and not clean. The floor creaked really really bad. I also woke up with bug bits. Im assuming bed bugs. My son did too. Im not posting him hes only 2. For $120 a night i would stay away. I had to clean all my luggage and all my kids blankets. Very unsatisfying experience. The room was in my husbands name. It was the night of the hail storm

        Was welcomed with a weird unsanitary smell as soon as I entered the room. Only stayed one night the rate was 85 dollars but later found out they charged 95 dollars to my card.
