I visited this location for a meeting. Very welcoming lobby and staff. Quite clean and easy to access the facility.

Absolutely love this place , the area, the hotel , itself, clean, quiet, just a great place .. absolutely reccomend this hotel..our fave here in town

Sewage back up odors permiate the lobby front desk and travel to the 2nd floor lobby and are also prevalent in the elevator bank. I checked in after midnight and thought it was the night manager. It turns out the odor was prevalent throughout my 3 night stay and made me sick. I feel terribly for the staff who has to sit in that environment. One desk clerk said 'all of the maintenance people have looked at it and said there is nothing they can do...it happens" The only truth to that statement is that there is nothing the unlicensed maintenance personnel can do, as it should be addressed by 1. The City of Olathe Health Dept and 2. A Licensed Plumbing firm. At 4:45AM I went to check out at the elevator bank I became overwhelmed at the doors and had to take the stairs.
